1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Request a Refund

Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer returns or refunds for:

6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
